What if you can't make it to class?

Purchased class credits are carried forward, or valid, for one year from purchase date. They may be used at the next convenient subsequent training date. If you would like to discuss options send us a note through the contact page

Refund Policy

For the general public there is a $13.00 processing fee associated with refunds.

This policy may be altered for pre-planned classes arranged with employers. Specifics on refunds with employers will be detailed in associated contracts.

Coupons

Coupons can often be earned for yourself, co-workers or friends, through simply giving us a "like" on our Facebook Page! ... Include page content w/ your likes and we will up the discount 5-10% more!

Donations

You may elect to donate 15% of your class fee revenue to Eagle Studios NCW chidren's music & theater program. See button below...

Or if you are a community member with a heart for kids who would like to donate, know that we will apply these funds in ways that will directly be of benefit to kids. You may also request your donation go towards a particular area within the Arts.

Payment in Advance/ Late Arrivals- Explanation

We require advance payment to allow us to make the necessary arrangements to reserve a class room and purchase adequate class materials.

Students may be granted a late arrival admission to class on the day of, but there will be a $7.00 dollar late fee.

Eagle EMS Training rarely has to cancel a class, but this is a risk if enrollment is too low. Paying in advance secures your seat and allows us to keep classes coming to you at your convenience!

Kids doing CPR!

Check out our CPR -for Kids web page. Our facebook page also shows amazing videos of kids that have made the news, saving adult lives. In the Pacific North West, even early & pre-teen kids have done miracles with CPR!

Full Refunds

Full Refunds will be offered if for some reason Eagle EMS Training fails to follow through with a scheduled class date.

As of yet this has not happened thankfully! Eagle EMS Training is listed with the Better Business Bureau.
